Behind CPCODELAB
CPCODELAB is run by Jaideep Chauhan — a full-stack engineer with several years of production experience across web, iOS, and Android. The work spans SaaS, healthcare, ecommerce, and internal tooling.
The studio takes on a small number of projects each quarter. Communication is direct — no account managers, no hand-offs — and every project is fixed-price with a written scope before kickoff.
What we don’t take on
We’d rather say no early than mess up your project. If you’re in one of these buckets, we’ll send you somewhere better.
- Projects under ₹15,000 — landing pages are our smallest tier and they're worth the floor.
- Hourly billing — we quote once, in writing, and absorb estimation risk ourselves.
- 6+ month enterprise builds — that's a different kind of company. We refer those out.
- White-label reselling — your agency client wants their own brand fronting our work? Not for us.
- Crypto, gambling, get-rich-quick — we'd rather pick projects we'd recommend to friends.
- Vague briefs — 'we'll figure out scope as we go' means we'll figure out invoices as we go too.
