What we build

Software that ships — and keeps working.

We’re a senior product-engineering team. We design, build, and operate web, mobile, cloud, and AI systems for startups and growing businesses — with the discipline of a team that has done this in production, at scale, many times over.

Capabilities

Six things we do exceptionally well.

We're deliberately not a do-everything shop. Each of these is a discipline we've shipped to production — with the engineering standards to prove it.

🌐

Custom Software & Integrations

When off-the-shelf tools stop fitting, we build the exact system your operation needs — internal tools, APIs, automations, and the integrations that make your existing software talk to each other.

What you get
  • Manual, repetitive work automated away
  • Your tools connected into one workflow
  • Software that fits your process, not the other way round
What’s included
  • Internal dashboards & admin panels
  • REST / GraphQL API design and documentation
  • Third-party integrations (CRMs, payments, logistics, ERPs)
  • Workflow automation and scheduled jobs
  • Data migration from legacy systems

AI & Data Engineering

Practical AI that solves a real problem — not a demo. We build retrieval-augmented assistants, document pipelines, and data products, wired into your app with the right guardrails.

What you get
  • AI features grounded in your own data
  • Measurable outcomes, not novelty
  • Sensible cost, latency, and safety guardrails
What’s included
  • RAG assistants over your documents & knowledge base
  • LLM integration (OpenAI / Anthropic) with evals
  • Data pipelines, cleaning, and warehousing
  • Vector search and embeddings infrastructure
  • Dashboards and reporting on top of your data

Product Design (UI/UX)

Design with intent — research, flows, and interfaces engineered to convert and to be buildable. Our designers and engineers sit together, so what's in Figma is what ships.

What you get
  • Interfaces that convert and feel effortless
  • A design system your product can grow into
  • No 'it looked different in Figma' surprises
What’s included
  • User research & flow mapping
  • Wireframes → high-fidelity Figma designs
  • A reusable component & design-token system
  • Interactive prototypes for user testing
  • Design-to-code handoff (we build what we design)

How we engineer

The standards behind every build.

This is what separates a project that lasts from one you rebuild in a year. We hold every engagement — a ₹15k landing page or a ₹40L platform — to the same bar.

01

Architecture first

We design the data model and system boundaries before writing UI. Decisions are documented, so the 'why' survives long after the build.

02

Type-safe end to end

TypeScript from the database to the button. Whole classes of runtime bugs are caught in your editor, not in production.

03

Tested & reviewed

Automated tests on the paths that matter, and every change goes through peer review before it merges. No cowboy commits to main.

04

CI/CD by default

Every push runs checks and deploys to a staging URL you can poke at daily. Releases are one click and instantly reversible.

05

Security-conscious

Least-privilege access, hashed secrets, input validation, dependency scanning, and OWASP-aware code review baked into the process.

06

Performance budgets

We ship for 90+ Lighthouse and sub-second interactions. Speed is a feature we measure, not an afterthought.

07

Observability

Structured logs, metrics, error tracking, and uptime alerts from day one — so we find issues before your users report them.

08

You own everything

Code lives in your GitHub org, infra in your accounts, IP is yours from commit one. No lock-in, no hostage code.

How we work together

Pick the engagement that fits.

Whether you need one thing built or a team that ships with you for a year, there's a model that matches — and none of them involve hourly surprises.

Fixed-scope project

One clear deliverable, one fixed price.

We scope tightly, quote once in writing, and absorb the risk of estimation. You get a number and a date you can plan around — no hourly surprises.

Best for: A defined build: an MVP, a rebuild, a specific feature set.
Fixed price · milestone-based

Dedicated squad

A senior team, embedded with yours.

A cross-functional squad (engineering, design, QA) working your roadmap sprint by sprint, with weekly demos and a shared board. Scale up or down with a month's notice.

Best for: Ongoing product development and evolving roadmaps.
Monthly retainer

Staff augmentation

Plug senior engineers into your team.

Vetted engineers who work inside your process, your repo, and your standups — filling a specific skills gap without the overhead of hiring.

Best for: Teams that need capacity or a specialist, fast.
Per-engineer, monthly

Audit & rescue

Take over a stalled or shaky codebase.

We audit the code, security, and infrastructure, deliver a written report with a prioritised plan, then stabilise and ship. Ideal when a previous team left things in a hard place.

Best for: Inherited, stalled, or fragile projects.
Fixed-fee audit, then scoped work
Starting points

Fixed-price packages, priced up front.

Common ways clients begin. Every package is a fixed scope at a fixed price, with the exact deliverables listed — no discovery-sprint invoices, no scope documents the size of a novel.

  • Post-launch support window
  • Docs & knowledge transfer
Our stack

Modern, boring, battle-tested.

We choose tools for how well they hold up in production and how easily your next hire can pick them up — not for what's trending this week.

FAQ

The questions serious clients ask.

How do you price work — fixed or hourly?

Fixed price for defined projects. We scope tightly, quote once in writing, and take on the risk of estimation ourselves — so you get a number you can plan a budget around. Ongoing work runs on a monthly retainer instead.

How long does a typical build take?

A landing page is 1-2 weeks, an MVP is 4-8 weeks, and a full platform is 2-4 months. You get a milestone timeline with your fixed quote, and weekly demos so you always know exactly where things stand.

Who owns the code and IP?

You do — from the first commit. Code is pushed to your GitHub organisation, infrastructure sits in your cloud accounts, and every deliverable is yours to take anywhere. No lock-in, ever.

How senior is the team actually building it?

Every project is led by a senior engineer who has shipped production software at scale. We don't hand your product to juniors — mentored interns may contribute under review, but a senior owns the architecture and every merge.

How do you keep us in the loop?

A weekly demo of working software, a shared Linear/GitHub board you can watch live, a staging URL updated continuously, and a direct line to the people writing the code. No account managers relaying messages.

What happens after launch?

Every build includes a post-launch support window for fixes and small tweaks. Beyond that we offer maintenance retainers, SLAs, and per-feature pricing — we're happy to be your long-term technical partner, not disappear at handoff.

Can you work with our existing team or codebase?

Yes. We do staff augmentation inside your process, and we take on audit-and-rescue work on inherited or stalled codebases — starting with a written assessment before we touch anything.

Do you sign NDAs and handle sensitive data?

Absolutely. We'll sign your NDA before the first call if needed, follow least-privilege access, and build to security best practices (OWASP, encrypted secrets, dependency scanning) as standard.

Tell us what you’re building.

A 20-minute call, no sales pitch. We’ll give you an honest read on scope, timeline, and cost — and a written quote within 48 hours.
